This event has ended.

Pablo Picasso is perhaps best known for his paintings, but his sculptures are among the most radical, thought-changing works of art of the modern period. This installation, drawn from the Museum's collection, examines the artist's innovative career as a maker of three-dimensional objects and covers the range of sculptural mediums in which he worked—including cast bronzes, plasters, and assemblages made of diverse materials. Organized by Leah Dickerman, Curator, with Nora Lawrence, Curatorial Assistant, Department of Painting and Sculpture.
